Who else is hitting a wall with this pandemic? I think I have pandemic fatigue...getting tired of social media, podcasts, all the emails; cannot turn the tv on without getting inundated with bad news; exhausted from trying to stay optimistic; tired of going for walks. Getting irritated at nothing because there’s just too much shit going on. I feel mildly anxious, depressed, and stressed at all times…peppered in with a little optimism and hope. I’ve sat in this long enough and its time for solutions. I used to have a good morning routine that I learned from Hal Elrod's book "The Miracle Morning," and tweaked it a little to fit my needs. It went out the door when the pandemic started, but it’s time to get back into my morning routine to instill self-discipline and get an energy shift. Here is my routine in steps. It can take as little as 10 mins or an hour:
* Step 1: Hydrate (1 glass of water at room temperature) 1 min
* Step 2: Meditate 1-15 min
* Step 3: Visualization 1 min
* Step 4: Exercise (sit-ups, push-ups, stretching) 5-45 min
* Step 5: Affirmations 1 min
* Step 6: Journal 1 min
